Speed Up Your PC By Disabling XP Splash Screen

Speed Up Windows XP

Disable XP Splash Screen:

Here’s a method that will speed up the overall boot process of your PC by disabling the XP splash screen. Doing this will hide away any boot-up messages and shows the list of drivers loading at startup.

How to Disable XP Splash Screen?

1. Click Start then select Run
2. Type in: msconfig
3. Click on the boot.ini tab
4. Scroll down to boot options and tick on :/NOGUIBOOT
5. Click Apply to save settings, then OK to exit msconfig
6. Restart your computer for changes to take effect.

Once you restart your computer, you’ll only see the BIOS screen and nothing else until windows loads up.
